One person holds the central account and allocates to the others either by sharing a link for them to sign up, or by adding their information centrally.

You can add colleague’s details yourself once your own account is created or you can simply send a link for them to sign themselves up.

No, sorry, each account is personalised to one person’s details. (BUT…you could have more than one person huddled round the same computer, accessing the same account at the same time!)
